Our first step is to contact our client by phone and understand in-depth your business and requirements. After that, we recommend you the right virtual professionals with the required skill set and send a candidate’s profile for you to review. You can meet with your staff before you even sign up with us. It’s a fast and efficient process and you’ll be up and running in no time.

What can my remote staff do?

The staff assigned to you at Techniek will have in-depth knowledge and the skills to perform the tasks you assign them. Every member of our staff undergoes a rigorous onboarding and development program and has a clear knowledge and understanding of the working of popular software packages and Internet technologies. However, you will need to train them in your ways of working and business-specific systems. It would be handy to have a written manual, if you don’t our creative team will create one for you.

Could I use more than one staff at a time?

Yes of course! Can my remote staff work with my online software and project management tools?

Yes, our team members can work with any online software and project management tools as long as your system is cloud-based and accessible via the internet.

How quickly could I expect my staff member to respond when I try to contact him?

Our staff members usually try to revert back within a few hours, however, we believe that after one or two meetings, you’ll be able to set up a routine comfortable for both of you and how to allocate the time you have purchased in your monthly plan.

Is it okay to assign my company email address to my staff? How do you ensure quality control?

How does my remote staff member track time?

Our team tracks their time with an online stopwatch that is part of a tracking software we provide you to track the number of working hours.You can login into this software and check how many hours your staff member has been working and how many hours are still left. You can use this information to adjust the hours of your purchased plan accordingly.

How do I sign up?

We believe that a lengthy sign up procedure is not necessary when we are very clear on what we need. All you need to do choose the number of working hours you need from one of our plans on our website. Our payments are upfront, therefore after selecting your plan, you can pay directly and we will contact you shortly.

How do I pay?

After choosing your desired plan, you can pay us using either of the following two methods. 

  1. Using ‘Payoneer’ where you can pay from your debit card, credit card, eCheck.

  1. Using ‘Western union’ for wire transfer or bank transfer.
Are your plans flexible?

Yes, all our plans are flexible. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime you want and if there are any pending hours from your purchased plan, they can be adjusted accordingly or rolled over to the next month.

Are there any additional fees besides my monthly plan amount?

No, you need not to pay a single penny besides the plan you choose. We are very transparent with our clients and you only need to pay what you see on the pricing page.
